Oxinov HR is planned as one product for two hiring paths. Companies can engage verified HR professionals and agencies to manage recruitment from CV to deployment, or publish jobs for candidates to apply directly. Candidates can show verified Oxinov Edu certificates. Matching will be explainable, consent will control candidate data, and a person will always make the hiring decision.
Oxinov HR is not open yet. It will run at hr.oxinov.com and work with your Oxinov account.
